A Diamond Key Estate Sale™ works on the following commission/fee structure - all commissions come out of proceeds, there are never any upfront fees:

30% up to $30,000
25% From $30,001 to $60,000
20% Over $60,000
15% on vehicles, motorcycles and boats over $10,000

Advertising, Staffing, Research time, Set-up, Credit Card & Debit Card fees, Signage, Accounting and co-ordination of charitable donation of remainder are included in commission.
